Cake Molds

We are proud and excited to offer our “Cold Mold” brand cake molds to the Ice Cream industry. Cold Molds are manufactured from a highly flexible, FDA-approved, Silicone Rubber. They are very well suited to the manufacture of ice cream cakes and are far superior to aluminum and springform cake molds, as well as to the cheaper silicon molds you might find at the national baking supply stores.

This is the 10″ diameter version (the largest size we offer) of our advanced design cake mold, measuring 3″ deep. It provides an easy grip rim for un-molding, as well as a marking ridge half-way up the side, helping you make perfectly divided two layer cakes.

It holds approximately 130 fluid ounces of product.

8″ Diameter x 2″ Deep – Round Cake Mold

This is the 8″ diameter version of our advanced design cake mold, in a 2″ depth. It provides an easy grip rim for un-molding, as well as a marking ridge half-way up the side, helping you make perfectly divided two layer cakes. It holds approximately 60 fluid ounces of product.

Note that some of these molds are pressed in the neon-red color shown here, while some of the later production runs were done in a darker, brick-red color.

6″ Diameter x 2″ Deep – Round Cake Mold

This is the 6″ diameter version of our round cake mold, in a 2″ depth. It provides an easy grip rim for un-molding, as well as a marking ridge half-way up the side, helping you make perfectly divided two layer cakes. It holds approximately 48 fluid ounces of product.

6″ Wide x 3″ Deep – Heart Shaped Cake Mold

Our “Small Heart” is a cake mold in the shape of a valentine’s heart. It is 5″ from the bottom “point” to the “V” intersection of the top two halves, 5.75″ across, and 3″ deep, making it hold approximately 35 fluid ounces of product.

9″ x 13″ x 3″ Deep – Quarter Sheet Cake Mold

NOTE: The manufacturer for our old quarter sheet mold (CMC9132) is no longer able to produce them. So, we’ve had this new mold manufactured by a different supplier. The length and width are identical but (due to many customer requests) the depth has been increased to a full 3 inches. Because of the deeper sides, we're also now supplying a more rigid frame, to help keep the sides in alignment while the mold is being filled.

Just like our round cake molds, our quarter sheet mold provides an easy grip rim to make removing your frozen blank a snap. The finished blank produced by this rectangular mold measures 8.75″ x 12.75″ x 3.0″. Note that this mold includes one rectangular frame. Additional frames can be ordered separately.

Additional Frame – Quarter Sheet Cake (2" tall ONLY!)

The previous version of our sheet cake mold (9”x13”) was only 2 inches high, and we unfortunately can’t order any more, as the manufacturer we had producing it has gone out of business. For those who still own molds in the old size, this item is a replacement for the 9″x13″x2” corrugated plastic frame that fits tightly around the mold. It helps to stiffen the long sides, to resist those long sides from bowing out.

This is a replacement in case the original becomes damaged or lost.

CAUTION: This frame only fits the 2 inch tall version of the 9”x13” mold — NOT the newer 3 inch tall version!
